We want you to love your Honour Ritual products. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at [email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Change of mind 
Due to the personal and intimate nature of oil and ritual items, we can’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Lost parcels
If your parcel doesn’t arrive, please contact us so we can investigate with Australia Post or the courier.
